Inspect 12-Volt DC for Loose Wires Around Circuit Boxes

WARNING: Before checking any electrical connections, be sure wires are not plugged into power.
Loose wire connections can cause high heat and pose a potential fire hazard, especially in and around circuit boxes.
We recommend that you inspect the 12-Volt DC system each spring for any loose wires or connections in the load center, and tighten them. There are either two 40-amp fuses or four 20-amp fuses in your convertor to protect it if the battery is ever installed backwards.
Inspect all of the fuses to make sure none are blown. Use a wrench with ¼ inch socket or screws to tighten the screws holding wire connectors and terminals.
